Law Access is a not-for-profit organisation that coordinates the provision of pro bono (free) legal aid by Western Australian lawyers. Legal Aid WA is the public face of the Western Australian Legal Aid Commission. We are the largest provider of legal aid services in Western Australia with approximately 300 lawyers and support staff in 9 offices in Perth and the WA region. We know that legal aid is important and we know that early legal assistance is essential to prevent a person`s legal problem from getting out of control. We assist you in a variety of family, civil and rental matters. Goldfields Community Legal Centre Inc. has a team of experts ready to advise you on family law matters in the Goldfields area. We expand our legal experience to serve clients in all fields. The Community Migrant Settlement Service is located in the CCAG office and provides free settlement assistance to eligible clients to promote economic and personal well-being, independence and community connections. GCLC provides advice and information to low-income people and other disadvantaged members of the community.

We do not provide advice on legal issues already covered by Legal Aid, Aboriginal Legal Services and Aboriginal Family Law Services due to contractual restrictions. GCLC does not provide advice in the following areas; Criminal law, traffic offences, migration law, taxation, personal injury, commercial law, workers` compensation or labour law. Our centre provides services to people in the Goldfields community, including Kalgoorlie, Boulder, Coolgardie, Kambalda, Norseman, Salmon Gums, Gibson and Esperance.
